My name is Akshara Mallan, I am from India and a passionate animator who specializes in Stop Motion animation and 3D environment modeling. 

Stop Motion has always been an intriguing way to learn to narrate a story and I absolutely love having to work with puppets to connect with an audience. The area I focus on is performance acting, where I use puppets to animate specific movements done by our human body. Apart from animating, I also love working with Set design and lighting.

Over the years I focused also on 3D modeling for CG environments. This allowed me to understand lighting and set design when it comes to working on Stop Motion films. In a way, I believe working with 3D modeling has helped me understand the importance of lighting, set design for films.
